Jobxpace is an online marketplace headquartered in the UK, facilitating connections between freelancers and clients globally. Our mission is to empower talented individuals to find work and flourish professionally.

Using Jobxpace

Your use of Jobxpace signifies your acceptance of our Terms of Use and Licensing Agreement. If you disagree with any term, you are not authorized to use the platform. Discontinuing use is essential if you do not agree to the Terms.

Account Creation and Usage

  • Registration: Creating a username and password is mandatory to access and utilize the Service. Upon signup, you agree to provide accurate information. The platform is strictly for users over 18 years old. Accounts suspected of being under 18 are subject to immediate deletion without prior notice.
  • Real Name Usage: Utilizing your real name on your account is mandatory. We may request identity verification at any point, and failure to comply may result in restricted access to buying, selling, or withdrawing funds.
  • Payment Method Changes and Withdrawals: Attempting to withdraw funds using a payment method different from the one used for purchase may lead to a 60-day hold on the funds.

Disclaimer of Responsibility

  • Information and Materials: Using the information or materials on the Service is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring the suitability of any purchased services to your needs.
  • Privacy Policy: By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal information.

Intellectual Property

  • Trademarks and Content: The trademarks and content on the Service belong to us or others, and their unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. All content is protected by copyright, and commercial use without permission is forbidden.

Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: While typically free to use, Jobxpace charges a 10% fee on the total sale amount for services sold. This fee is deducted from your payout.
  • Additional Fees: There is a 2% processing fee for transactions made through third-party payment providers. Refunds are processed as credits to your Jobxpace account, which can be withdrawn to PayPal, Bank, or other approved methods, with a maximum daily withdrawal limit of $500 and a $1 fee per withdrawal.
  • Seller Payouts: Sellers receive payment after the buyer marks the transaction as complete. The funds may take up to 72 hours to appear in your account, with an additional $1 per withdrawal fee.

Escrow and Verification Process

  • Transaction Verification: Upon completion confirmation by the buyer, the seller receives a credit in their escrow account, held until verified. Jobxpace verifies the transaction and payment within 5 days. Verified transactions allow sellers to withdraw up to $500 daily.
  • Automatic Completion: Unconfirmed transactions by the buyer are automatically considered complete after 3 days. Following verification within 5 days, sellers can withdraw funds. Expect up to 72 hours for verified funds to appear in your account, with a $1 withdrawal fee.

Dispute Resolution

  • Options: In case of buyer-seller disputes, buyers can utilize our dispute resolution process or attempt direct communication with the seller.
  • Chargebacks: If a customer disputes a charge with their bank or credit card company, we'll handle it on our platform. Chargeback wins allow the transaction to proceed as usual. In case of a lost chargeback, the disputed amount will be deducted from the seller's account, potentially turning it negative and requiring additional funds to resume using Jobxpace.

Sharing Information and Responsibility

  • Contact Information: Sharing your contact information on the platform grants access to other members and third parties. We are not responsible for their use of your information, and you are liable for any related claims or issues.
  • Posted Content: You are held responsible for the content you post on the Service, ensuring it is virus-free. We do not review all member-posted content and disclaim responsibility for it. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of member-posted content, and any member disputes are their sole responsibility. We are not obligated to monitor disputes.

Project Requests and Offers

  • Project Offer Legality: When offering products or services ("Project Offer") or sharing images, videos, or other content, you represent ownership or the right to share it. You are responsible for complying with all laws and obtaining any required licenses or permits. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from your Project Offer.

User-Generated Content

  • Content Ownership: You are responsible for ensuring the content you share does not belong to someone else. We reserve the right to remove any content we believe is infringing. We may also investigate suspicious content.

User Conduct and Warranties

  • Acceptable Use: By using the Service, you guarantee that your Project Offer will not violate any rules or infringe on the rights of others. If you do not own the rights to an offer, you need permission to offer it. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your Project Offer.
  • Independent Interactions: Your interactions with other members on the Service are your own responsibility. We are not involved and hold no liability for any issues that may arise.
  • Background Checks and Disclaimers: We do not perform background checks on members. We cannot control their actions and are not responsible for their behavior. It is your responsibility and the other member's responsibility to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Transactions: All communication and transactions must occur through the Service. If a buyer makes a Project Request, the seller should complete the sale through the Service as well. Engaging in transactions outside the platform disqualifies you from using our dispute resolution process. We may also close your account for bypassing the platform for transactions.
  • Content Use: By using the Service, you grant us permission to use any images, videos, or other content you upload for marketing and promotional purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities

  • Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that using the Service is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including the accuracy or usefulness of the content.
  • Acceptable Conduct: Engaging in inappropriate behavior while using the Service may result in account cancellation and reporting of the incident. No refunds will be issued for accounts canceled due to user misconduct.
  • New Services and Updates: New services and updates require approval from our management team, who have the sole discretion to reject anything for any reason. The approval process may take up to 72 hours.
  • Freelancer Pay Adjustments: Jobxpace reserves the right to reduce the price of any service without prior notice to the freelancer. By using the Service, freelancers agree to this and are bound by the discounted price shown to the customer.

  • Third-Party Links and Content: The Service may contain links to other websites or incorporate content from third-party sources. We have no control over the content on these external sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement. Using information from the internet involves inherent risks, and you are responsible for understanding these risks before relying on such information.
  • Disclaimer of Endorsement and Reliance: We are not responsible for the accuracy of opinions or content provided by others on the Service or linked sites. We also do not guarantee the reliability of any products or services obtained from linked sites. It is recommended to seek professional advice before relying on any content.
